Responsibilities:Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of potential M&A targets, including financial statements, pro forma financial modeling, and valuation.Due Diligence: Lead and participate in financial due diligence processes for potential acquisitions. Identify and assess financial risks, opportunities, and key drivers of the target company.Valuation: Determine the valuation of potential acquisitions through various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, summarizing the financial implications of M&A transactions.Integration Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans, including financial aspects such as accounting, tax, and cost-saving strategies.Legal and Compliance: Ensure that all M&A activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, working closely with legal teams to address any legal and regulatory issues.Post-Acquisition Analysis: Monitor the financial performance of acquired entities and provide regular reports on their progress against established targets.Qualifications:CA with 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience
