A prestigious law firm specializing in providing comprehensive legal solutions to individuals and businesses across various industries is seeking to add a dynamic General Litigation Associate to our growing team!Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a broad range of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.- Conduct legal research, analyze cases, statutes, and legal precedents to develop effective strategies.- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations.- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and litigation practices to ensure compliance and effective representation.Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.- Active license to practice law in Nevada.- 3-7 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on civil litigation.- Experience in any of the following: medical malpractice, premises liability, mass torts, transportation, construction, and products liability strongly encouraged-Plaintiff personal injury associates who want to switch to the defense side are welcome to apply- Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines.-The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial General Liability (CGL), Professional Liability, First Party Property, and Builders Risk experience-Employment Practices Liability, Subcontractor Default Insurance, Wrap-Ups (OCIP and CCIP), Labor Guard TM, Delay in Completion, Directors & Officers and Pollution experience preferredLooking to make a change?
