- Partner closely with multiple leaders, advise, coach, and hold them accountable for talent, leadership, performance, culture, org-design, and transformation initiatives
- On demand assume a holistic, overarching responsibility for HR topics
- Work closely with HR BPs to implement people strategies for specific Businesses/Divisions/Functions and ensure exceptional outcomes in talent, performance, culture & change
- Support of projects for all HR-related areas within the scope of prioritization
- Contribute to the effective management of Industrial Relations liaising with Managers, HR BPs, and the Industrial Relations Expert
- University Degree
- Minimum 5/6 years of HR experience including 3 years as HRBP; knowledge of strategic and operational HR portfolio
- Strong experience in industrial relations topics
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building trustful relationships, influencing, challenging, conflict resolution, consulting, coaching leaders and “Play to win”
- Knowledge of the local labor relation laws
- Business acumen and solution oriented
- Drive results and to collaborate within Bayer networks
- Good organizational skills and strong in reducing complexity
- Competence and willingness to leverage digital technology and data to interpret and generate talent and organizational insights
- Highly agile, able to quickly understand context, needs and challenges and to manage a multitude of topics in parallel
- Italian mother tongue
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
