Create pick up routes as best convenience in cost and time.
Interpret information related to each shipment and gather additional information as needed.
Follow up and monitoring the transport and material on transit (Inbound & Outbound)
Proactively communication to other departments, customers and suppliers as needed.
Support transportation and finance administrative functions and reports as needed.
Analyze weekly and monthly metrics and propose ideas to improve and guarantee achieve the target.
Monitor and management the transportation budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Professional experience 1-2 years in logistic, distribution.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Data analytic (Excel, Power BI)
KPI management (budget, filling rate, cost reduction)
Management of ERP or tools to coordinate and control the requisition of transportations.
Experience to manage Inbound and Outbound documentation for foreign trade compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service (Internal/External)
Able to meet deadlines consistently and work with minimal supervision.
Committed, proactive and willingness to learn.
