- Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial and Finance to identify and define integration opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive documentation to guide engineering and support the integration process.
- Identify and resolve integration challenges, technical issues, and roadblocks that may arise during the integration process or after the integration is live in production.
- Communicate integration progress, and challenges with Sr Level audiences.
- Conduct operational tests and integration validations to ensure end-to-end functionality before the integration goes live to production.
- Enable promotional content across all available channels (site, app, email, push notifications, in-app notifications) to heighten discoverability of new or improved integration services.
- Monitor and enhance integration performance to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and identify improvement opportunities to achieve optimal results.
- 3+ years’ experience in managing end-to-end integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Strong understanding of API integrations.
- Basic knowledge of tool management platforms such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar tools for analytics and reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Jira or similar platforms for project tracking and collaboration.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain integration specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Proficient (B2: Upper-Intermediate) in both written and spoken English.
