Data Consultant (Mid-Senior)

Work closely with Head of Solutions to plan, execute, and monitor progress on annual AI sales strategy, roadmap and pipeline to achieve targeted growth and sales
Drive end-to-end AI Sales Pipeline, including obtaining clients’ pain points and requirements, coordinating business meetings and pitching with C-level and management, providing constructive and effective consultations on relevant AI/Data solutions with respect to business impact
Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Developers, and partners (if any) to come up with and propose the most suitable solutions pertaining to clients’ goals
Align technical and commercial expectations between clients and Development team, ensuring seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales solution delivery
Lead regular touch points with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution, positive client satisfaction, and opportunities to upsell / cross sell
Maintain strong relationships with clients and related network, conducting regular client visits and touchpoints, and seeking feedback throughout the project
Effectively address all client issues, enquiries, and concerns in a timely manner throughout the project
Be an advocate, acting on the clients’ best interests
Stay updated with new AI/data technologies and best practices both domestically and internationally

Requirements

Experience in customer-facing roles (AI/Tech industry preferred) with strong track record of performance e.g., Technical Sales, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Entrepreneur, etc.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer science, Statistics, Business, or related fields
Highly driven and motivated to understand clients’ needs, provide impactful and appropriate solution recommendations, close sales, and support clients
Very logical and structured in thinking and communication approach
Familiarity with Data Science tools e.g., Python (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn)
Experience working with Machine Learning/Deep Learning
Strong communication, presentation, and pitching skills, both oral and written in English and Thai
Comfortable giving presentations and working with C-levels and senior management
Ability to work independently and with teams to manage internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge in Software Engineering/Architecture is a plus
