- Meet and exceed Sales Target of customer/ Market Assinged. • Responsible for handling Key Account direct business • Develop new customer / business by aggressive penetration and support Sector and Technical cross functional team. • To support in identifying new business/ Product for business development with customers. • To understand and decipher the RFQ based on specification and competitiveness of the product , working with technical team to identify the correct product and ensure timely submission of the offer to to the customers. • Ensuring timely collection of dues and monitoring DSO/ OD and also post sales activities. • Closely working with CS team to ensure timely deliveries are meet as per the contractual agreements with customers. • Prepare and submit the monthly sale and collection activity reports to his manager. • Getting actively involved in customer Tech day at customer place. • Continuously improving the customer services to customers assigned. • In addition to duties listed above Position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his superior that are essential to his duties. • Understanding of WIND ( OE/MRO) and Core Industrial sector business would be added advantage.
