- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives.
- Educate customers on the features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles.
- Provide pricing information and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, features, and competitive offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- High School diploma, GED, or college degree (college degree is a plus).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Background in sports or other competitive environments is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in automotive sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
