- The Key Goal will be to manage/create content that generates Leads for the Sales team to convert upon, and this will be ultimate measure of success.
- Content Creation: Produce 2-3 Instagram posts per day, 3-5 stories per day, and 3-7 reels per week - including a mix of video and still content, to highlight our watch collections (in whatever way drives sales). Develop copy and hashtags to accompany content. We will measure the performance by engagement and sales.
- Video Editing: Collaborate with our photography team for raw visuals, then weave your magic to edit and tailor them for maximum impact on Instagram. We have the best assortment of watches in the US – all of which can be featured.
- Market Research: Keep a close eye on competitors like Avi & Co, Bob's Watches, The Watchbox, Luxury Bazaar and influencers like watch.eric, to gain insights and inspiration for content experimentation.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated sales team member who will manage responses to DMs and convert leads into sales, ensuring a seamless bridge between content creation and sales execution.
- Performance Analysis: Obsessively analyze content performance, embracing a test-and-learn approach to refine and evolve our Instagram strategy for peak engagement and sales conversion.
- At first we will focus on Instagram and if we are developing traction there expand focus to cover other potential channels like Tik Tok and Youtube.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for utilizing social media analytics to drive content strategy and sales performance.
- Proven experience in content creation for social media, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to engage and sell through Instagram.
- Skilled in video editing, with a knack for crafting compelling visual stories tailored to the Instagram platform.
- Creativity, with a willingness to experiment and innovate in content creation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with both creative teams and sales personnel to achieve shared goals.
