- As a Brand Social & Gaming Coordinator at Vans, you will be at the forefront of blending social media, gaming and other immersive platforms. You will play a pivotal role in creating authentic brand storytelling assets and crafting meaningful social media content.
- Social media content planning:
- Plan & execute Vans' social media content creation strategy, contributing to day-to-day content planning and activities across all Vans accounts.
- Supporting social media manager the end-to-end posting process, from concept to approval. Curate diverse content, including livestreams, Instagram Reels, polls, and TikTok videos, supporting editorial stories or standing alone as impactful content.
- Utilize analytics insights to strategically produce content that resonates with the target audience.
- Skate Gaming Experience Planning:
- Plan and execute virtual skate gaming experience within the metaverse that align with the Vans brand vision and mission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are on-brand and resonate with the gaming community.
- Gaming Partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with gaming developers, platforms, and influencers that align with Vans' brand positioning.
- Manage relationships to create unique and authentic gaming experiences in Roblox and Fortnite.
- Gaming Community Engagement:
- Cultivate an open and engaged community in Discord, facilitating discussions and creating opportunities for user participation.
- Monitoring & respond to community feedback and foster positive interactions.
- Metaverse Social Content Creation and Promotion:
- Work with content creators and social content creation team to develop metaverse-related content that seamlessly integrates Vans' aesthetic.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase the visibility of Vans within virtual gaming spaces.
- Agency Coordination:
- Brief and collaborate with gaming agency teams to ensure the smooth integration of Vans social calendar and gaming strategy
- Communicate and manage relationships with content creation agencies to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.
- Proven experience in social media, web3, gaming, metaverse coordination, or a related field.
- Passion for Vans' skateboarding and the gaming culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with various gaming platforms and metaverse ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Social, Content Creation, Gaming, Marketing, or a related field.
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new and innovative marketing channels.
