- Manage and monitor assigned company systems, including but not limited to Karbon, Cognito, Ignition, and Defender;
- Evaluate future systems, and fit with existing infrastructure
- Identify opportunities for further integration and more efficient use of existing systems
- Manage user access to internal systems (Outlook, Karbon, Adobe, QBO, Axcess, SurePrep, etc…)
- Work with firm leadership to develop firm reporting and analytics, including selection and implementation of tools required to achieve objectives
- Participate in process to identify best way to source data for analysis
- Insure data integrity between systems
- Management of monthly internal reporting process (once established)
- Initiate client onboarding process upon proposal acceptance
- Assign Client IDs to clients as they are onboarded; ensure Client IDs are input into key systems and ensure information is accurate and consistent across all assigned systems. (Karbon, Ignition, QBO, Axcess and others)
- Create and manage Sharepoint folders for clients.
- Internal point of contact for IT related matters; escalate to IT partner as needed
- Manage IT equipment inventory and storage, including laptops, monitors, cables, etc.
- Provide IT support for onboarding and off-boarding employees e.g. order new equipment, wipe and restore equipment, etc.
- Monitor email Defender and quarantine folder for false quarantined messages.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software applications, such as business analytics, workflow software and CRMs
- Possess a strong process orientation
- Experience with database and data management preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role working for a professional services firm is preferred but not required
- Dependable with a professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent proofreading, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
