-Providing excellent customer service in a B2B environment
-Processing customer orders
-Monitoring emails (shared inbox)
-Following up on orders in production and checking on customer orders
-Updating order trackers as requiredQualifications
-3-5 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in manufacturing and/or production is required
-Experience in food manufacturing is a strong asset
-Detail oriented and a quick learner
-Sense of urgency and ability to work within strict deadlinesSummary
