- Serve as first chair trial attorney on civil rights cases, leading all aspects of trial preparation and litigation.
- Handle a diverse caseload encompassing civil rights, personal injury, and criminal law matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
- Engage with staff and lead teams effectively, providing guidance on case law and legal strategy.
- Collaborate with co-counsel, experts, and clients to achieve successful case outcomes.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Demonstrate drive and energy in pursuing justice for clients in high-profile cases.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar and in good standing.
- 5-15 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on civil rights, and substantial first chair trial experience.
- Knowledge of personal injury and criminal law, with the ability to handle cases in these areas.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams and engaging staff in case law discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Drive and energy to work on high-profile cases and pursue justice for clients.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with team members.
