Qualifications
  • Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
  • Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from disparate sources and consider adjust or modify to meet the constraints of a particular need.
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic function.
  • On the job the employee must bend, squat, climb, kneel, and reach above shoulder level. The employee will be exposed to high temperatures and/or high humidity during the summer seasons. Maintaining stamina is a must due to heavy lifting and long busy days on their feet.
Responsibilities
  • The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner, by checking guests in and out of the hotel. They provide a welcoming attitude and are proficient in all service questions and requests.
  • Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer; inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances, or unhappy guests.
  • Always comply with the Red Lion Inn standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the Management or supervisors.
