Account Executive - Commercial Fire, Security, and Low Voltage Sales

- Prior experience in selling Low voltage Commercial systems.
- Maintain and archive proposals and bids for future actions.
- Attend site surveys to determine what is necessary to sell and install a job.
- Assist customers on technical and installation issues.
- Maintain solid working relationship with established accounts.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the low voltage product lines and construction. A strong technical background through electronics and communication training is a plus.
- Ability to use MS Office is a must.
- Knowledge of installation practices and construction procedures a plus.
- Knowledge of State, Local, and Industry standards involving low voltage wiring, Fire Alarm Sprinkler, and device installation.
- Must have valid Driver's license and transportation. Ability to obtain Maryland Security Systems Sales, and VA DCJS licenses required.
- Site surveys and job site inspections will require a degree of mobility.
- Must have a positive and respectful attitude to maintain good working relationships with management staff, employees, vendors and customers.
- Must be able to work in a high volume/fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Must demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Experience in the following industries a plus: Sound, Low Voltage Wiring, Fire-Alarm, Life Safety, Construction or Electrical background.
