- Manage new release communications, bug fixes, and support requests/questions.
- Assess, select, manage, and implement enterprise application components to ensure the technical solution aligns with the organization's operational and functional baseline.
- Educate others on product-specific best practices and lead enterprise applications integration efforts.
- Research and analyze issues by reading documentation and conducting workflow analysis.
- Define business case plans and architecture strategies supporting long-term sustainability and growth.
- Offer strategic guidance and strategies for the adoption of new technology products and processes to optimize developer, customer, and end-user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Possess expertise in DICOM and IHE domains to effectively address technical issues and provide solutions.
- Investigate and analyze issues by setting up environments, creating test data, and reproducing issues.
- Identify root causes, test various scenarios, and perform end-to-end testing to ensure resolution.
- Communicate findings and resolutions effectively to relevant teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application analysis, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Proficiency in managing customer support workflows and enterprise application components.
- Strong understanding of DICOM and IHE domains.
- Experience in conducting workflow analysis, technology assessments, and business-related studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Veterans Affairs experience and an active PIV Card are nice to have.
