The Global Business & Product Marketing (GBPM) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. Our team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about growth marketing, demand generation, customer lifecycle management, creative, analytics, and driving measurable results through growth initiatives. In this role, you will partner with multiple internal teams including product manager, product marketing, sales, program manager, demand management, data science, creative, marketing ops and analytics teams to plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns anchoring to drive and sustain customer engagements on key company initiatives, or drive demand into Sales Programs. Being very comfortable with data, you will drive the analytical insight necessary to understand our customer's needs and maximize impact while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job. You are detail-oriented, enjoy building marketing strategy and marketing campaigns, love thinking outside of the box, and can rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders. This person will be asked to demonstrate leadership, strategic and critical thinking, and executional excellence.Growth Marketing Manager - Customer Engagement ResponsibilitiesDrive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to help connect Meta's advertisers with Sales and other similar offers, to facilitate adopting advertising best practices.Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches.Working with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals.Owning the quarterly number of relevant KPIs and expected QoQ growth.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in marketing or related fieldExperience in at least two of these areas (email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video)Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurementExperience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.Preferred QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceUnderstanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta's advertising suiteExperience working with Sales and driving leads to sales programsExperience with customer lifecycle managementExperience engaging with executives to present findings and strategiesLocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
