- Translate complex features into clear, concise, and impactful messaging tailored to diverse customer segments.
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives to drive product adoption
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and go-to-market plans
- Develop compelling marketing materials such as sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies, and whitepapers to drive engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and communication, to create customized solutions and proposals that address specific client requirements
- Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations addressing the client’s needs
- Work closely with the product development team to gather feedback from clients and competition and communicate feature requests or enhancements
- Communicate the value proposition of our products and services to our internal community and develop the proper content that supports various business processes.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness, demand, and leads for our products
- Analyse key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in product marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (4+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the advertising and/or technological industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content
- Strong presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
- Experienced in market research and analysis
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
