Position: Machine OperatorOverview:As a Machine Operator at our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of production machines, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will encompass operating machinery, visually inspecting and ensuring the production of high-quality parts, as well as packaging finished products. The position requires individuals with a keen attention to detail, the ability to follow company guidelines, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
  • Operate assigned production machines in a safe and efficient manner according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct routine checks on machinery to identify and address any issues that may affect production.
2. Quality Assurance:
  • Perform visual inspections of manufactured parts to ensure they meet the specified quality standards.
  • Follow quality control procedures and promptly report any deviations or defects to the appropriate personnel.
3. Packaging:
  • Responsible for the packaging of finished products, adhering to packaging guidelines and standards.
4. Compliance:
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any concerns or issues.
5. Physical Requirements:
  • Stand for extended periods (up to eight hours per day) while operating machinery and performing other job duties.
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs. as an essential job requirement.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
  • Ability to read
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Shift:
  • 3:45PM – 2:15AM Monday - Thursday
Pay:
  • $16.50 an Hour
