- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Use telephones to respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and reach out to customers to verify account information.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc)
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as address, phone number, product and gallons ordered.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Process orders, forms, databases and various requests.
- Keep records of customer orders, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- High school diploma; general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Outlook & Excel).
- Experience working with customer support.
