Our client seeks a Marketing Executive to join their team Role Profile: Our client is looking for a motivated, well-organised marketer to join their growth team. As a marketing executive, you'll play a crucial role in promoting the service to both potential new customers and the existing customer base. Within the small but highly experienced growth team, you will take on responsibility for all marketing activities. You will be responsible for establishing a marketing function within the business. Over time, you'll play an important part in expanding the team, helping to recruit and manage other marketing team members. This would be a great role for a recent graduate looking to start or develop their career. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of FinTech marketing. You will have exposure to a fast-paced work environment and the latest in payments technology. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing and paid advertising campaigns. Help manage lead generation activities including developing prospect lists, organizing events, and providing collateral to the sales and customer success teams. Come up with ideas and contribute creative assets for campaigns including blog posts, social media posts, and visual designs. Track campaign results and provide reporting on key metrics like open rates, click through rates, and cost per acquisition. Coordinate with outside resources such as freelancers and agencies to maximise your impact. Key Skills and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (or related field), or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency with major marketing tools and social platforms. Strong written and verbal communication ability. Creative mindset and aptitude for generating new campaign ideas. Detail and data-oriented with ability to analyse campaign performance. You must have a proven ability to communicate (written and oral communication). You should be a well-organised person who can confidently plan and execute a to-do list while juggling competing priorities. You should also be able to demonstrate your commitment to developing your skills - a great attitude and growth mindset are important. Desirable but not essential1-2 years' experience in a marketing role, fintech experience a plus. Experience with automated messaging tools such as Customer.io Experience in a Business-to-Business sector, particularly in software or payments.
