Job Description- Driving team for regional primary and secondary sales through Modern trade outlets.- Promoter management- ensuring best promoters are hired and unviable promoters are removed. Training and engagement of the promoters.- Ensuring Dominant market share across chains and stores. To initiate appropriate action where ever required.- Identification of opportunities in given market, for growth and increasing market share.- Identification of local level opportunities / initiatives to increase business.- Excellent relations with local/ regional operations team/ buyer.
