- Establish and maintain regular contact with plumbing and HVAC contractors within assigned territory.
- Introduce/promote Stream33 plumbing products to plumbing contractors.
- Introduce/promote Breeze33 HVAC products to HVAC contractors.
- Work in conjunction with the Famous National Builder sales and marketing teams as needed.
- Conduct product training as needed.
- Analyze and evaluate territory regarding sales trends, market pricing and market specific product needs.
- Actively participate in customer specific demand and inventory planning.
- Conduct on-site inspections as required regarding customer complaints about quality, installation, or performance.
- Engage regularly with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and promote opportunities for repeat business.
- Any other tasks assigned by VP, National Trades
- Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience and comfort in making cold calls.
- Strong skillset relating to relationship building, listening, follow-up and time management.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or HVAC fields.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
