- Collaborate with colleagues to address technical issues related to publishers and agencies on a regular basis.
- Assist with the integration of our scripts onto various websites, identifying and resolving any issues that arise due to unique implementation.
- Provide prompt troubleshooting and answer inquiries, independently or with the assistance of the development team.
- Create test pages, write documentation, and provide clear instructions for reproducing problems, facilitating efficient resolution by the development team.
- Identify and resolve issues with HTML creatives to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Maintain a knowledge base documenting issues and solutions, as well as the steps taken to identify and resolve problems.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and how the web works.
- Previous experience in web development projects, either professionally or through personal projects.
- Basic knowledge in web programming languages like HTML , CSS and Javascript.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic integration issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
