Our client is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end residential interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing luxury residential projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate subcontractors, manage resources, and uphold their standards of excellence in every aspect of construction.Project Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of high-end residential interior construction projects, from pre-construction to completion, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining quality and craftsmanship standards.Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship meets the highest standards of luxury residential construction.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel, to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Problem-solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, and challenges in a proactive and efficient manner to minimize disruptions and delays.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.   • Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in luxury residential interior construction.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques specific to high-end residential projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client experiences.
