This role will be the main point of contact for the digital marketing manager and liaison between local clients and global digital teams.Manage all websites content strategy and calendar creation to ensure content that is strategically aligned to the brand KPI.Development of websites from scratch, and manage the process and content from the kick off to launch and any updates afterwardsWorking across client and internal teams to craft appropriate website experiences – including UX writing, SEO, Email marketing, Social media and more in support of client content marketing programs.Organizing and planning annual brand launches, including new dealer websites and campaign websites for main activations. Finding opportunities and working with other departments to ensure websites are appropriately written, managed and published on time.Responsible for training clients on best practices concerning all website features and applications such as Live chat, SEO, UTM applications, and understanding Google Analytics reports.Creating monthly and quarterly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metricsQualificationsMinimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience with Website / digital content management and project management.Bilingual English and Spanish.Client Management experienceExperience with launching, updating and monitoring websites.You must be an analytical person who knows how to make decisions based on first and third-party data.Excellent project management, time management, & organizational skills, detail-oriented.Must have experience in website management & experience in CMS website administration (Sitecore, Wordpress, Joomla, Splash, etc.), as well as Google Analytics managementStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
