- Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously, following management's guidance.
- Execute service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision.
- Monitor guests' consumption of alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in preparatory duties such as polishing and folding.
- Maintain cleanliness in event spaces and uphold health code guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to assist guests effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous serving experience preferred (three to six months).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- POS experience is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
