development, management, and implementation of process and systems which enable
the effective operation of the GRA, GPV and GCO unit within Italfarmaco.
The individual will act as system owner, for the validated and not validated GRA, GPV
and GCO digital infrastructure in place within the regulatory, pharmacovigilance, quality
and compliance environment.KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1. Being the System Owner for the GRA, GPV and GCO digital infrastructure.
Processes and data supported by the systems will primarily include:
· Regulatory change, regulatory products information, regulatory processes
· Maintain compliance related to EU Product Dictionaries (EVMPD)
· Safety data and processes
· Compliance, GXP data and processes2. Act as a support in coaching others in the philosophy, methods, tools and
techniques of project management and information management to increase the
capability of the business remain compliant and productive.3. Plan, drive and execute continuous improvement projects that increase
compliance, provide favorable P&L impact, and improve organizational scalability
using established project management and continuous improvement methods (e.g.
Lean/DMAIC approach).4. Use performance measures and process control plans to monitor results, support
unit improvement efforts to ensure data and process compliance in support of Data
Governance.5. Collaborates with the Business Operational Excellence to define, control and
optimize expenses associated with the execution of his function6. Partner with functional managers to meet business targets aligned with the unit
objectives.7. Collaborates with the Business Operational Excellence to control, select and
contracting of vendors associated with the execution of his function, ensuring, the
application of the unit and corporate interests.RequisitiJOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering (or similar) with 1-3 years of experience as Computer System Owner role. · Knowledge of the fundamentals of the JAVA programming language (preferably with OCA Certification) · Detailed knowledge and experience with computer systems (preferably in the pharmaceutical environment) · Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to influence others cross-functionally · Requires ability to build collaborative partnerships across different levels and functions · Requires the flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities · Analytic capabilities with good understanding of Data Governance principles · Ability to achieve major organizational goals, to work across business and technical teams to build consensus and to lead cross-functional teams of subject matter experts · Self-starter with ability to excel at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
