Assist with Repairs and Projects as assigned by Department Managers and Supervisors
Respond to Maintenance Requests from Guests
Respond to Maintenance Requests from Housekeeping for Room Guests, Home, and Resort Common Areas
Preform Preventive Maintenance Inspections and Repairs at scheduled intervals\
Maintain the high Woodloch Standards of Hospitality, Cleanliness and Quality.
Daily Coordination of Activities with other maintenance groups and other Woodloch departments.
Keep accurate records of work orders, hours worked and materials for billing purposes.
Assist other Maintenance Group or Departments as necessary
Other Duties may be assigned as needed

Assertive but pleasant, helpful personality.
Above average trade specific skills - Including but not limited to: Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Carpentry and Painting
Experience with and the ability to use Common Hand and Power Tools
Ability to work from Ladders and High Places
Ability to work in Team Situations.
Excellent Communication Skills - both verbal and written.
Excellent People Skills.

Ability to Give and Receive clear Direction and Instructions.
