Job Summary As a Social analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing unstructured data. The role requires you to have a good knowledge of text analysis, social listening tools, and methods. Key Qualifications Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Data Analytics role. Experience in analyzing and classifying customer comments, identifying trends and emerging insights. Ability to translate findings into meaningful insights. Exposure to listening tools such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, etc. Experience in working with Excel and in producing quality and meaningful presentations through Keynote or PowerPoint. Excellent verbal, reading, written, and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented, and a self starter. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Requirements Responsibilities As part of the Social Analytics team, the primary responsibility is to analyse customers comments, across various Social/Digital channels. Good understanding of our products and technology, and being able to clearly articulate insights, based on customer feedback. Develop deeper knowledge of Taxonomy and appropriately classify customer posts/comments. Perform qualitative & quantitive analysis on the conversations pertaining to Apple across Social/Digital channels. Identifying trends and patterns from user's feedback and activities, across different languages and geographies. Evaluate owned and competitive Social/Digital channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and methods in the Social/Digital space, and proactively find opportunities for innovation and improvement.
