Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, conducting sales calls, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to finding new clients, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Location : Kharadi, Pune Experience : 0 to 3 Years Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling. Qualify leads to identify potential clients who would benefit from our consultancy services. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges. Present our consultancy services persuasively, highlighting the value proposition to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to management.
