- Lead the performance & growth marketing efforts focusing on new customer acquisition through paid channels & website optimization
- Work with stakeholders to develop our customer acquisition strategy and continuously find ways to identify new opportunities and improvements in technical, analytical, and operational processes.
- Actively participate in the decision-making process of the marketing leadership team and contribute to shaping the overall marketing strategy.

- Managing the performance marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across channels and audience segments for maximum results.
- Collaborating with teams across the Supermetrics organization and external agency, tool, and ad platform partners to achieve business growth goals.
- Taking a test-and-learn approach to campaign and channel development to sustainably and efficiently scale our paid acquisition channels.
- Supporting and fostering the professional growth of the team and individual team members.
- Developing hypotheses and prioritizing growth opportunities
- Analyzing performance and recommend strategic and tactical changes to continuously improve results
- Utilizing data & analytics in all decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Working with other teams to run experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rates and increasing revenue
- Continuously driving innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
- Owning all future-looking ad-tech & ad ops initiatives that will help set up our acquisition efforts and channels for success
- Ultimately, you'll be finding new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Have 7+ years experience in performance or growth marketing roles (B2B Saas preferred), with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving revenue growth
- Have managed large budgets (multi-million per year or more), built performance marketing strategies, and been hands-on in creating and optimizing campaigns across various paid channels
- Have a strong understanding of stellar tracking setups, ideally from website tag tracking, offline conversion tracking, and conversion API setups. Also, having a good understanding of web tracking tools (GA4) and experimentation tools (VWO) is key.
- Are a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving growth through critical thinking
- Have a deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B-testing
- Have a good experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy
- Are intellectually curious and deeply analytical person with a passion for driving growth through innovation and experimentation
- Have outstanding written, oral, and organizational skills
- Know how to work cross-functionally to get things done
- Are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up sleeves, and have a strong bias to insight-driven action
