- Supervise and lead a team of over 25 members.

- Engage with C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships.
- Maintain a utilization target of 50%.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering the development of emerging leaders.
- 8+ years of dedicated service in the professional services industry.
- 8+ years of proven track record in account or client management roles.
- 5+ years exemplary financial expertise in areas such as P&L management and deal structuring.
- 5+ years of experience in guiding and cultivating delivery teams.
- Holds an undergraduate degree or an equivalent blend of education and practical work experience.
- Availability to travel a minimum of 25%.
- Extensive technical program management background in enterprise settings, focusing on data projects.
- Demonstrated history of achieving high levels of client and employee satisfaction.
- Proficient in developing and executing account strategies.
- Experience in diverse environments, including "Big 4" Management Consulting and startup settings.
