You will also run programs like Tech Tuesday, IT Enablement, and Digital Signage on conference room TV's.Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Design details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
  • Assist with leading projects of moderate scope to implement improvements to IT service management policies, processes, procedures, work instructions, and tools
  • Gather requirements from service owners for reporting, metrics and automation
  • Promotes and communicates IT service management process; ensure process adoption and compliance
  • Leverage standards and solutions for customers to improve domain and enterprise-wide technical perspectives
  • Manage the documentation and artifacts that support IT service management processes
  • Create and maintaining technical procedures and “how-to” documentation
  • Vet ideas with manager before recommending improvements regarding processes, reporting, communication, training and tools
Knowledge & Skills
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Influences within team and builds relationships outside of immediate area to accomplish objectives
  • Helps others in clarifying somewhat complex problems; ability to adapt or modify established approaches
  • Quickly learns and applies new technology; theoretical and practical understanding of business
  • Ability to listen, collaborate, and sometimes take a leading role in project teams.
  • Very detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive; communicates well.
Education/Experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
