The Dental Clinic Manager is responsible for managing all operational aspects within the operations of the clinic to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinates effective clerical and clinical support to keep the clinic operating efficiently. Under the direction and supervision of the Regional Administrator, the Dental Clinic Manager manages the clinic flow and is responsible for patient scheduling, addressing clinic complaints, conducting staff issues and monthly inspections and the overall health and safety of the Dental Clinic operations. The Dental Clinic Manager oversees staff to include Clinic Receptionist, Dental Assistants, Volunteers and Custodians as required.Education: High school diploma or GED equivalentExperience: Two (2) years experience managing a health care or business officeOne (1) year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.OREducation: AA or AS degree in Business, Finance, or Nursing, or other closely related field.Experience: Degree can be used in lieu of Experience year for year.Other Requirements:
