EHS Assistant ManagerJob DescriptionProvide professional advises and leadership to establish, maintain and promote the EHS management systems (ISO-14001& ISO-45001) to reduce or eliminate industrial accident, health hazards, environmental impact, asset loss and regulation violation.Be responsible for all of safety, health & environmental projects and implementation, including both internal and external audits.Coordinate and communicate with both domestic and oversea units or mills. Need to cooperate with foreign colleagues directly.Provide coherent, trusted and effective safety, health & environmental support to mill managers to meet / exceed their objectives.Additonal Requirement:College graduated or above in labor safety and health or equivalent education, possesses license of labor safety or health management class A.Minimum Six-year practical experience in safety or environmental field.Strong English capability, be able to do effective communication.Sustain EHS system (ISO-14001& ISO-45001) in place in alignment with local applicable regulatory & KC standard.Recognize risk assessment to evaluate any potential risk at workplace, provide preventive action to reduce risk impact, monitor or track the performance vs. the objectives from KC or mill side.Provide positive manner with leadership and accountability, to boost employee awareness and mindset change on EHS through training, monitoring and communication.Primary Location Taiwan- Hsin-YingAdditional LocationsWorker Type EmployeeWorker Sub-Type RegularTime Type Full time
