As an IT support, you may maintain networks, analyze systems, and provide technical support.Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Identifying technical problems,- Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems- Identifying user needs with technology,- understanding how to operate computers and its basic functions is necessary,- coding knowledge in various programming languages, in order to help code or develop new software and applications for the company,- Having experience with application development, and errors solving,- Knowledge of server hard-to-hard migration and replication,- Installment & Configuration knowledge of Cloud Network devices,- Handle the ERP works,- Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory,- Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting, and restoring to service any terminal service client, PC, or notebooks that had authorized access to the network,- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
