Exquisitely created with their own unique ambience and personality, each of our modern, five-star properties share the qualities for which our guests return year after year – superb Greek hospitality, outstanding luxury, and exceptional experiences.Mar-Bella Collection is seeking for a F&B Outlets Manager to support the Assistant F&B Manager in all aspects of the Food and Beverage.Being part of our Food and Beverage team you will:

Assist with the training, and development of the food and beverage team
Assist with managing the food and beverage department personnel’s schedule
Ensure all food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements
Assist with preparing food and drink menus, and ensuring their timely update, review and availability
Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and stocktaking for all food and beverage outlets
Provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Requirements

At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
