  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Act as a vital team member in growing our agency in sales
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • Support customers in their insurance experience through great customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Detail oriented and self driven
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Ability to work as a team towards a common goal
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
