For this position you should be able to check the following:

Strong understanding of PHP. Working knowledge of Typo3;

Very Good English communication skills - both verbal and written;

Good French communication skills;

Solid technical background with an understanding of programming styles, frameworks, design patterns, and unit testing;

Client communication experience.

A day in the life of a Software Engineer:

Develop and provide solutions using PHP and Symfony framework;

Participate in code and design reviews to ensure consistency in architecture and design/code practice;

Code with performance, scalability, and usability in mind;

Work closely with next-generation architecture development teams using cutting-edge approaches and technologies;

Participation in the drafting of technical (and sometimes functional) specifications by being a force for proposals;

Technical design upstream of the project phases;

Carrying out developments by specifications while respecting planned deadlines and with strong autonomy and proactivity;

Carrying out unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of deliverables.
