Responsibilities: Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment and testing of various wireless features. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and enhance the efficiency of development, testing, and deployment processes. Architect and manage configuration management systems to ensure consistency and reliability across networking environments. Harness the power of Python scripting and automation to create efficient solutions for repetitive tasks and operational enhancements. Champion the adoption of DevOps principles to foster collaboration and communication across development, operations, and networking teams. Actively troubleshoot and resolve networking infrastructure issues, ensuring uninterrupted availability of Infrastructure and optimal performance. Remain abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in CI/CD, DevOps, and networking to drive continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications: 5+yrs of experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in wireless networking technologies is highly preferable. Hands-on experience of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Github, CI/CD, or similar. Proficiency in Python scripting and automation is essential, with a proven track record of developing scalable solutions. Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Possession of Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is strongly preferred and will be viewed as a significant asset. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
