- Understand and implement brand standards in presentation, retail merchandising and signage, sales collateral, showcase events, uniforms, photograph, and editorial copy
- Coordinate feedback from the field to ensure promotions reflect the on-site client/team needs
- Coordinate field design requests with appropriate leaders
- Support business development team on bid presentations
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional events, client events, and new unit openings
- Develop innovative programs to keep region current and on trend with marketing practices and local competition
- Assist in the planning and execution of associate recognition activities
- Support digital agencies by providing content and activating strategies on-site at events across the region
- Manage an engagement calendar in collaboration with culinary team, client achievements, and universal holidays/themes
- Merchandising openings and seasonal specials from traditional, retail, and creative sources
- Implement all marketing plans and conduct return on investment metrics analysis
- Initiate customer satisfaction surveys for services, analyze and develop action plans to improve
- Support marketing programs and culinary advancement initiatives across the region
- Assist in preparing quarterly business review presentations
- Support WPC corporate with new account openings when needed; weekend work and travel may occur

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Previous marketing and/or communication experience - 2 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent writing ability with proofreading and grammatical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and well disciplined.
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels in a corporate and operations environment in a professional manner.
- Strong knowledge of social media.
- Drive for accuracy and going above and beyond at all times.
- Enjoyment of building relationships
