Lead, Solutions Architect

• Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, validation rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, flows, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Designs quality, scalable and performant solutions inside Salesforce in a coherent and streamlined solution.
• Integrate risk management, safety or healthcare industry background with database design and platform configuration knowledge to develop optimal design solutions for the Company's Risk Management System.
• Lead discovery sessions with business owners to understand the existing and desired business processes and liaise between multiple departments to facilitate project scoping, requirements gathering and solution architecting.
• Analyze, identify, develop and implement process improvements, both within and outside the Risk Management system.
• Promote consistent design and best practice methodologies to solve similar problems across multiple departments an Riskonnect applications.
• Deliver high-quality documentation of business requirements and design specifications for implementation.
• Onboarding and off-boarding of Salesforce users (internal and external).
• Remaining current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce based solutions.
• Work in lockstep with management in the incident management process.
• Train team members, internal and external, in the use of the complex systems.
• Monitors all help tickets and works with internal and external partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Assists with department budgeting as necessary.
