ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:
- Analyze business processes and recommends improvements aligned with best practices with the assigned functional modules.
- Develops, designs, and integrates computer systems specifications SAP FI/CO solutions that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards.
- Establishes and documents SAP Configuration changes, and functional specifications for development changes.
- Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and develop more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
- Analyzes technical requirements to formulate and develop new and modified information processing solutions.
- Gathers master data requirements and strategies to support SAP.
- Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements.
- Create complete documentation for all changes, enhancement, and test documents.
- Work closely with other team members and SAP Security Team to establish proper controls.
- Assists in environment rebuilds and refreshes.
- Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release.
- Collaborate in planning, design, development and deployment of new applications.
- Stay informed of advances and pertinent changes in software technologies that may translate into process improvements
- Must be able to support rotating (rotation with other team members) 24x7 on-call availability.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 3-6 years of experience
- This role requires US Citizenship
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval
- Proficient in use and configuration of SAP
- Demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment
- Working knowledge of aerospace industry practices and standards

- Candidate must be a resident of or willing to relocate to the Wichita, KS area
