Position: Finance and HR ManagerFinance:1. Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with the executive team to make strategic financial decisions.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Responsible for daily accounting tasks (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
7. Checking, accounting and booking of ongoing business transactions including bank accounting
8. You are involved in the monthly and annual financial statements.
9. You take care of the timely and correct submission of various sales tax reports
10. You provide assistance in preparing and checking the annual tax returns
11. Contact person for tax advisors, auditors, banks and tax officesHuman Resources:1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
4. Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
5. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employee development.
6. Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance. 1. Successfully completed training as an accountant, tax clerk or financial accountant or successfully completed business studies
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the financial sector with a focus on accounting
3. Resilience, high level of commitment, proactive action and reliability
4. Strong service orientation and self-motivation, ability to work in a team and a high level of willingness to cooperate
5. Fluent Hungarian and English Very friendly working atmosphere, unity, team spirit
