TSIT GmbH is a wholly-owned German entity company, established in 2003 in port city of Hamburg in Germany, mainly engaged in international logistics in the area of car parts and import & export trade services. TSIT GmbH provides transportation of container and truck covering the whole of Europe, in Germany, Netherlands, Hungary and other countries. it handles terminal, air airport, railway direct clearance or deferred customs clearance business and arranges pick-up and delivery services. The warehouse covers a total area of 48,000 square meters, all of which are bonded and supervised warehouses, equipped with fully automatic unloading platforms, anti-theft systems, video surveillance systems, fire safety doors and fire protection systems, suitable for dangerous goods storage.TSIT GmbH's bonded logistics business is growing continuous. With the fast expansion of the company's business and in order to better serve our customers, a new company is currently opened in Hungary, a local Finance and HR Manager in Hungary is urgently invited to strengthen the company's team power.Location: 6000 Kecskemét
Start Time: As soon as possible
Position: Finance and HR ManagerFinance:1. Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with the executive team to make strategic financial decisions.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Responsible for daily accounting tasks (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
7. Checking, accounting and booking of ongoing business transactions including bank accounting
8. You are involved in the monthly and annual financial statements.
9. You take care of the timely and correct submission of various sales tax reports
10. You provide assistance in preparing and checking the annual tax returns
11. Contact person for tax advisors, auditors, banks and tax officesHuman Resources:1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
4. Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
5. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employee development.
6. Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance. 1. Successfully completed training as an accountant, tax clerk or financial accountant or successfully completed business studies
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the financial sector with a focus on accounting
3. Resilience, high level of commitment, proactive action and reliability
4. Strong service orientation and self-motivation, ability to work in a team and a high level of willingness to cooperate
5. Fluent Hungarian and English Very friendly working atmosphere, unity, team spirit
