- Pre-Construction:
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, assist in the design/ attend design meetings, work with Engineering to ensure the design stays within the budget paramotors, and oversee the project design schedule.
- Coordinate internal resources and manage customer relationships for successful project execution.
- Construction
- Meet all schedule deadlines.
- Regularly visit assigned projects, interacting with customers and other trades while representing Habco in the field.
- Attend all project meetings in person.
- Identify and document all changes to the original scope.
- Project Documentation:
- Submittals, purchase orders, as-builts, job closeout documentation.
- Job Costing:
- Create a schedule of values, provide billings, report cash flow and labor forecasting, and monthly job costing review.

- Must be willing to travel up to 4 days a week
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints
- Ability to understand construction documents (contracts, schedules, RFI’s, addendums, payment applications/billings, etc.)
- Ability to recognize construction issues & problems relating to the electrical installation, and the ability to recommend corrective measures
- Customer relation skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to utilize construction technology/ software (MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, McCormick Estimating, etc.)
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Field experience in the electrical industry; preferably Journeyman, Foreman, or Electrical Engineer experience
- Experience handling multiple projects with an electrical value of $1,000,000
- Design/build experience required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
