- 4+ Years of experience in Engineering
- Internal candidates must be from organizations outside of Operations (Casicano/Gabriel)
- Current DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or System Engineering
- Understanding and experience with applying the principles of System Engineering
- Experience with vendor management
- Experience with programmable logic controllers
- Experience with MODBUS or digital sensors
- Experience with environmentally qualifying components and military standards
- Experience with Navy systems, components and documentation
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team
