Across the four non-profit companies, there are nearly 700 employees working together to responsibly disrupt and transform home and community-based care and help become a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization that works proactively to address complex societal problems such as healthcare access and greater well-being for underrepresented communities.The Senior Treasury Analyst supports the continued rapid growth of the company and works with all areas of the business in supporting cash management, banking relationships, investments management, and credit card administration. Additionally, the role provides key financial analysis to enable both tactical and strategic decisions. This position reports to the Senior Treasury Manager and collaborates with colleagues in various departments throughout the family of companies. The Senior Treasury Analyst also ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the adherence to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) for various approval types and restrictions ensuring adequate internal controls.The Finance department is dedicated to ensuring that our organization’s leadership and management has access to accurate and up-to-date financial- related information, enabling informed business decisions. We strive to support strong relationships with our business partners, donors, clients, vendors, and the community, using financial information and analysis to deliver value.Core Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions
  • Perform daily cash positioning for the Family of Companies to insure adequate daily liquidity.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of treasury functions, cash management, bank, and investments institutions relationships.
  • Assist with intercompany and funding initiatives to meet ongoing operational and capital investments needs.
  • Manage the 13-week rolling cash forecast and provide variance commentary to upper management.
  • Support bank account administration, including opening and closing accounts, updating bank signatories, and implementing changes to banking treasury management services.
  • Initiate first round of document review and preparation for all banking and investment related products and services.
  • Review and track bank fees analysis statement and report on bank’s earnings credit rate (ECR) for potential fee savings.
  • Responsible for monitoring Treasury’s email inbox.
  • Assist with the administration of the company’s procurement card issuance, termination, usage, and reporting processes and serve as the primary point of contact for credit card cardholders.
  • Assist with monthly accounting close for Treasury department, and the preparation of investment related journal entries.
  • Initiate wire/ACH transfers in a timely manner ensuring proper accounting support and approval.
  • Perform special Treasury assignments and ad-hoc Treasury projects as needed.
  • Acts as the liaison to Accounting, Accounts Payable, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance departments for banking, debt, and investment related transactions.
  • Ensure Treasury narratives comply for audit, update controls as necessary, and provide documentation for audit testing and walk-throughs with auditors when necessary.
QualificationsMinimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years in treasury and cash management required.
  • Experience assisting the scaling of treasury and cash management functions, requiring work with multiple business units, geographies, and departments, is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Wells Fargo online banking portal and Workday Finance system is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • A broad understanding of banking services, standards, best practices, clearing and payment technologies.

  • Excellent computer, analytical and research skills. Proficient on the web and with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Capacity to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Quick learner with ability to work in an exciting, fast paced environment while effectively multitasking and managing day-to-day responsibilities without supervision; organize and prioritize work and meet critical deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively within the work environment and to read and write using the primary language within the workplace.
  • Visual and auditory ability to work with clients, staff, and others in the workplace continuously.
  • Comfort with frequent speaking and listening (25-75%) to clients, staff, and others in the workplace.
  • Ability to utilize computer, cell phone, and virtual meeting software (Zoom, Teams, etc.) for effective communication.
  • Frequent sitting.
Conditions of Employment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.
  • Must be able to pass a credit check.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.
  • Must attend any required training.
