We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible from the strategy of TOBi and experience in TOBi who will define the vision and targets of TOBi according to Customer and business priorities so that TOBi helps our customers with the best experience and create value for business.

Enable and support the highest levels of customer experience design into development
Represent the customer's voice at all stage of design and development through to in-life launch.
Execute the roadmap with milestones while managing backlog depending on scope, budget and priorities in alignment with delivery leads, architects, conversation designers.
Be the SPOC for stakeholders, cooperating with business and technology teams managing the roadmap with transparency (in conjunction with the Care Systems Mgr).
Own targets of TOBi in terms of experience and speed to launch (for integrated journeys).
Represent Vodafone Ireland market and priorities at Group and Corporate level
Understand the fundamental technologies in the market and leverage them internally
Identify future trends and opportunities - support future innovations
Develop metrics, systems, and processes to measure these targets
Provide daily involvement in low level design, supporting the team for technical requirement alignment to ensure completeness via Agile MethodologyWe Are Looking For You, If You Have:Agile: Understands agile methodologies and applies agile ways of working
Complexity Management: Ability to identify opportunities quickly and efficiently, tackle big challenges and make informed decisions to deliver business impact
Requirement Analysis: Ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements, translates them into smaller deliverables, such as user stories
Data Driven Decision Making: Ability to evaluate options and outcomes and make informed data driven decisions using analytic tools effectively to prioritise and resolve requirementsMust have technical / professional qualifications are:
2+ years plus hands-on experience in project / product delivery, preferably has experience on Portfolio Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems
Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving abilities and creative thinking, combined with the desire to stay ahead of best practices and emerging trends
Strong passion for best customer experience
Positive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and inspiring a team and conflict resolution
Expert level of understanding of software development processes and procedures
Proactive and passionate about learning about products and improving existing ways of working
