- Payroll and Timekeeping Clerk
- Set up and update employee payroll data as required.
- Process guaranteed hours to timesheet entries for support workers as per Home Healthcare instructions.
- Calculate and process leave applications for payment
- Process additional pay items (training, mileage, supervision, etc)
- Report all other errors, work on the corrections.
- Calculate termination pays.
- Monitor and analyse pay run audit and variance reports for payroll and follow up if necessary.
- Electronic Filing is up-to-date and records are maintained per statute.
- Any other payroll duties if/as required.
- Accountability for own day to day tasks requiring knowledge of processes and procedures within a work area - administrative or support role.
- Explain procedures, requirements, resolve enquiries, carry out varied range of client/customer transactions.
- Apply knowledge in an independent manner.
- Administer/apply workplace procedures and processes to meet client/customer requirements.
- Minimum of 2-4 years previous administration and/or customer support role experience.
